Q: Do you offer a mobile service?

A: Yes we do! While our preference is to work from our garage located in Temple View, we also offer a mobile service. We can come to your home or workplace, all we require is water and power access. Services such as paint correction and paint protection are not available for mobile service. 

Q: Is there a travel fee?

A: Yes, but only for customers outside of a 15KM radius from Hamilton CBD. Customers outside of this radius will be charged at $1.50+gst/km (return). For example, you are located 28KM from the Hamilton CBD, the travel fee for this will be for 26KMs (return). Maintenance clients are eligible for a capped travel fee. 

Q: Why do you only offer one detailing service?

A: Our service is designed to hit the reset button on the condition of your vehicle to help ensure a "new car" feel. 

Q: My vehicle isn't very dirty, it just needs a quick clean. Can you still help me?

A: Absolutely! Just send us photos of your vehicle and what you'd like cleaned and we will create a custom detail to suit your needs and budget. 

Q: I'd like my vehicle cleaned on a regular basis. Can you help me?

A: Definitely! After viewing the vehicle and understanding your needs & expectations, we will create a maintenance plan with multiple options that are specific to your vehicle and budget!
We suggest that your first detail be our Ultimate Detail (think of this as a reset detail) which ensures your vehicle is in a "like-new" condition thus making maintenance easier, quicker and cheaper!

Q: I've got multiple vehicles I'd liked cleaned, is there any sort of discount?

A: Yes! Please contact us directly to discuss further. 

Q: How long does it usually take to detail my vehicle?
A:
 Although this varies per vehicle size and condition, we aim for an average from 4-6hours. If it takes longer, we'll make sure to notify you ahead of time.
